Qualification requirements
Ichiban Management uses preliminary self-reported information to evaluate applications before full screening. Final approval always requires TransUnion screening through RentRedi and executed lease documents.

Gross household income relative to the listed monthly rent.

Based on the score you enter on your application.

Requested length of the lease.

Total persons compared to bedrooms (e.g. 7 people in a 3-bedroom home).

Personal liability
Active renters insurance with at least $100,000 personal liability coverage from a carrier rated AM Best A-VII or better.

- Wolves, coyotes, dingoes, jackals, or wolf-dog hybrids
- Ferrets, rabbits, and chinchillas
- Birds of prey and non-domestic birds
- Fish tanks over 20 gallons; predator fish (e.g. piranhas)
- Farm animals (chickens, goats, horses, pigs, pot-bellied pigs) without written approval
- Venomous or exotic animals
Restricted dogs (not permitted)
All domestic cat breeds are permitted when within the household dog/cat limit.
