Keys & lockbox

After your lease is fully executed and move-in charges clear in RentRedi (deposit and first month's rent), your lockbox code will appear on this dashboard. Make copies of the keys as needed and return the originals to the lockbox. Our contractor will schedule removal of the lockbox after move-in.

Terminate service at your prior address and schedule new utilities to start on your lease start date. Someone should be present on move-in day in case a utility company needs access.

Many water and sewer offices are Monday–Friday only. If service is not set up by Friday afternoon, you may not have running water until the following week.

City Hall handles municipal water for most addresses and can confirm trash hauler and pickup schedule.

Most De Soto homes use city water through City Hall. Olympian Village addresses use District #5.

Office hours Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm. Same number is the 24-hour emergency line.

Trash disposal

Call City Hall first to confirm which hauler serves your address and your pickup day — collection routes were updated June 1, 2026.

Document any existing damage with photos or video, or submit an all items good report. Rate each kitchen appliance (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and others listed) and laundry equipment while you walk through — non-working items must be noted here. Target: end of the next day after key handoff. Hard deadline: end of the 2nd day — after that the portal locks submission and the unit is treated as accepted in good condition.

Urgent (heat, cooling, water leaks, safety): submit a maintenance request in RentRedi and call or text the property manager immediately.

Non-urgent: track items during your first two weeks, then submit one consolidated maintenance request in RentRedi for anything still outstanding. Mark complete here once submitted — or if you have nothing to report.

Your lockbox code will appear here after your lease is fully executed, your deposit is paid in RentRedi (deposit-to-hold or full security deposit — fast move-ins may skip the hold), and your first month's rent is confirmed in RentRedi. We update automatically when RentRedi sends payment confirmation — no need to ask the office to check a box.

  • If no report is submitted by the 48-hour deadline, tenant is treated as having accepted the home in good condition (or like-new where applicable), and waives the move-in condition report opportunity.
  • If everything is fine, tenant can submit an "all items good" version before the deadline.
