How deposits actually work
Missouri law caps security deposits at two months' rent and requires return within 30 days of move-out, with an itemized list of any deductions. We do a documented, photographed walkthrough at move-in and move-out — the same photos protect both of us.

- Can be deducted — excessive nail holes, damage beyond that baseline, required cleaning
Paying rent
Rent and deposits are paid through RentRedi, our verified payment platform — never by wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or Zelle to a personal account. Rent is due on the 5th of each month; your lease states grace periods and any late-fee schedule.
